Following your consultation, we’ll provide a proposal outlining our conceptual design fees. Upon approval and receipt of the requested fees, our team begins developing your conceptual plan. We collaborate closely with your entire build team—architects, builders, and interior designers—to align the design with your vision and how the space will be used. Every plan is informed by site analysis, city codes, setbacks, and drainage requirements. No detail is too small.
With your concept approved, we refine your plan and finalize selections. Our team prepares construction details and coordinates with third-party consultants as needed for engineering and other technical documents. We also handle any required submissions for city permits and HOA approvals. After the design development is complete, we provide a fixed construction proposal.
