While celebrating 40 years of bringing Houston’s finest landscapes to life, Moss Landscaping announces an expanded Executive Committee, leadership promotions, and new hires.
Since 1986, Moss Landscaping has transformed outdoor spaces across Houston with the same dedication that started it all: exceptional service, trusted expertise, and a genuine commitment to every client. What began as one person’s passion has grown into a team of trusted professionals and lasting partnerships with homeowners, architects, custom builders, interior designers, and beyond. Moss Landscaping is proud to mark its 40th anniversary with a series of leadership promotions and key new hires that reflect the company’s sustained growth, deep bench of talent, and commitment to excellence. Founded by Gary Moss, the company has spent four decades transforming outdoor spaces across Houston, and these announcements signal an exciting new chapter.
“When I started this business 40 years ago, I didn’t want to be the biggest. I wanted to be the best. To make that happen, I had to build a culture rooted in pride, dedication, and genuine relationships — with our clients and with each other. Watching this team grow into these roles is exactly what I always dreamed of: people who empower themselves, earn the trust of our clients, and carry this company forward. Houston has given so much to Moss Landscaping, and every day we show up to give it right back.”
— Gary Moss, Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Moss Landscaping
